More than a to-do list
The planner has six sections, and they all talk to each other: choose a vendor and their price goes into the budget, a guest replies to the invitation and shows up in the list, and times from the timeline appear in the guests' schedule.
Tasks
A plan for your date and occasion: what to do now and what can wait. Started late? It rebuilds itself.
Budget
Expenses, deposits and balances with due dates, who pays for what. An email three days before each payment.
Vendors
Options side by side with prices, questions to ask, cancellation terms, contracts and receipts on one card.
Guests
One list shared with seating and invitations: who's coming, plus-ones, kids, dietary needs.
Day-of timeline
The schedule to the minute, a link for vendors, a rain plan and a printout for the host.
Your team
Plan together — changes show up instantly. Helpers get personal checklists by link, no sign-up.
Not a checklist — a plan
A checklist is the same for everyone. The plan knows your date, the occasion and what's done — and shows what matters today.
A plan built around your date
Deadlines count back from your date. Started late? The plan adapts: what can no longer be done is swapped for what still can — nothing turns red.
What to do now
Not seventy tasks — the five that matter now. What's about to become too late goes to the top, with its deadline.
One guest list, one date
The planner is where your event starts: guests and the schedule flow from it into every other service.
Seating
Takes guests from the shared list
Invitations
The schedule from your timeline, guest replies back into the list
Guest page
Shows guests the evening's schedule from your timeline

Menus and guest names already in the layouts

Questions, answered
How much is the planner?
… one-time per event, no subscription. Before paying you can build a plan for your date and see all of it; ticking off tasks without limits and tracking vendors open after. The planner is included in ULTIMA.
Is it only for weddings?
No. When you create an event you pick the occasion — wedding, birthday, company party or graduation — and the plan is built for it: its own tasks, deadlines and timeline.
What if we started late?
The plan counts deadlines from your date and adapts: what can't be done in time is swapped for a quicker option, and nothing overdue turns red.
How does it connect to seating and invitations?
An event has one guest list and one timeline. Guests from the plan appear in seating, the schedule in the invitation and on the guest page, and replies come back to the list.

Start with the date
The plan takes it from there: what to do today, next month, and what can wait.
No date yet? That's fine too.
